Can Fotona 4D LipLase (Er:YAG and Nd:YAG on the lips and oral mucosa) cause unwanted fat loss?

I generally hear people talk about Ultherapy and RF, when talking about unwanted fat loss and not so much lasers as I guess they don't reach subcutaneous fat like Ultherapy/RF (excluding lasers meant for lipo). But what about LipLase (Er:YAG and Nd:YAG) used on the lips and in the lip mucosa? Is it a special case? Might it reach fat since lip skin is thinner? Might it reach fat from the mucosa?
