Hi I had filler done in my marionette lines 2 years ago and I bruised very badly and she ended up dissolving with hyaluronidase. I am now left with this mark which I can’t get rid of and is very upsetting, I’ve read it could be hemosiderin staining and Q switch laser may help. I've also tried alpha arbutin to lighten but that didn’t work. Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks
