How to fix a thread poking through skin for months? (Photo)

I had smooth threads placed under the eye in July and one has been poking out since the time of insertion. I tried RF microneedling to break it up and it did not work. I've tried red light therapy, massage, warm compress. nothing is getting rid of it. It is incredibly hard to take an accurate picture of due to the location. It looks like a stye to the unknowing observer. There was no category for smooth threads so I chose thread lift, even though I know those are different.
