I want to tighten my neck/under the chin area. I have filler in my horizontal neck lines, although it’s wearing off a little now. If a thread lift is not the best option, what else’s should I consider? I’m reluctant to do a full neck lift at this time if I can get away with something less invasive.

Tread lift of the tip is very poor solution in particular with underlying scleroderma. A skillful use of filler is much better solution. You should talk to a board certified plastic surgeon with expertise in rhinoplasty about it. Good luck.
