I'm 31 and my face looks a bit gaunt and skeletal to me. What would you recommend? I feel like the area on the right side under my check is especially gaunt, but it seems to be more trendy now to remove fat from there. Can you fill there with a hyaluronic acid filler? And what else do you recommend? Was thinking temples or under-eyes, but my current Dermatologist disagrees
