Biting inside of cheek - will it affect my fillers?

Dear Doctors, I bite the inside of my cheeks when I’m stressed and I am worried this has an effect on my cheek fillers. I doesn’t look like it has been affected so far. I do have a special retainer for biting from my dentist. I don’t compulsive bite the inside of my cheeks. Just from time to time. Will this affect the filler? Or because the filler is place on the bone higher up in the face won’t effect it at all? They are not super big bites just small stress bites on the inner cheek.
