My face has many flaws but I’m unsure on what surgeries to get. I’ve had filler on my cheeks a few times which ruined them giving me a chipmunk look. I’ve also had a rhinoplasty 1 yr and a half ago. My biggest insecurities are 1. My eyes sit too close together, are short in width and to round 2.My nostrils are still too wide and thick 3. Facial structure is uneven and droopy. Nasal folds make mouth look protruded 4. Eyebrows are uneven.

Unfortunately your photo cuts off at the bottom so I cannot see the entire photo. In general, a genioplasty with jawline contouring can help to achieve the aesthetic goal you are looking for. You may also consider buccal fat removal, to help reduce some of the weight/fullness off the lower cheek...

You are a very attractive woman, but if you are concerned about not looking feminine enough, the answer is almost always the forehead ridge. It should be possible to adjust the forehead ridge very quickly and easily and it is very attractive and softening. Watch our videos to learn more.
