What can I do to improve the shape of my face? Jaw surgery done 5 years ago. (photos)

I (35 F) had upper and lower Jaw surgery to fix an overbite 5 years ago. The surgeon decided to include a free genioplasty (!) while I was asleep. I have tried lipofilling on my chin and jawline to reverse the affect but without desired results. I was told I am not a good candidate for chin and mandibular angle implants. Do I need a neck or facelift ( I already had liposuction under my chin but without desired results). What can I do to improve the shape of my face? Implants? Facelift?

Unfortunately your photo cuts off at the bottom so I cannot see the entire photo. In general, a genioplasty with jawline contouring can help to achieve the aesthetic goal you are looking for. You may also consider buccal fat removal, to help reduce some of the weight/fullness off the lower cheek...

You are a very attractive woman, but if you are concerned about not looking feminine enough, the answer is almost always the forehead ridge. It should be possible to adjust the forehead ridge very quickly and easily and it is very attractive and softening. Watch our videos to learn more.
