How can I make my face around nose / middle cheeks more symmetrical. I’ve had pyriforma filler before less than half a syringe about half a year ago, wondering what else I could do / if I need more filler.

Yes fillers are a good option to help improve asymmetry.  You can consider traditional HA fillers like Juvederm or Restylane or you can elect for a longer lasting treatment such as Sculptra.  I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.
