At least from the photos provided, the it would appear that the use of a robust HA volumizing for a nonsurgical cheek augmentation would contour a more ideal, feminine oval, heart-shaped face, as well as create a smoother transition between the upper mid-cheek and the under-eyes, thereby diminishing the tear troughs and dark circles noted there. In the hands of an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert, treatment should take no more than about fifteen minutes to perform and the results would be immediate and usually with little to no significant downtime.
