My plastic surgeon said he does not do skin markings on blepharoplastie, fat transfer or face lifts. Is this normal?

Some surgeons like doing a lot of drawing on the face prior to surgery. I don’t do it on the face but I do it on body surgery. Whatever the surgeons is comfortable with. No right or wrong answer

I usually need to mark where I’ve injected local anesthesia because it’s hard to determine after swelling has set in. But if your doctor can determine that without marks, he must be terribly gifted
