Can Telangiectasias under eyes (tear troughs) due to fillers be treated with laser?

The use of an electric current delivered to the telangiectasias through just the very tip a super fine needle-like probe (that doesn't physically penetrate the surface of the skin, but literally sits atop the unwanted tiny vessels) has a nearly half century track record for safety and efficacy. Slight fraction of a second bursts of energy at each site are typically enough to do the trick. Treatment can be performed anywhere, including under the eyes. And, unlike expensive, overly social media and marketing hyped laser devices that all too often are here-today-and-gone-tomorrow, short wave diathermy has stood the test of time. Hello and thanks for your question! Telangiectasias on the face are generally quite responsive to laser treatments particularly pulsed dye laser or IPL. However, the choice and method of treatment will greatly depend on your skin type. Hyperpigmentation, as you mentioned, is a much greater concern in types 3-5 skin. Fat loss would not be an issue with these types of treatments.
