I got under eyes fillers (Restylane) in the tear trough area 2 years ago. At first I thought the little purple veins that were left was temporary but, two laters I still have them. I've read that this type of little veins, Telangiectasias can easily be treated with laser but, is it safe to due it in the under eye area? My concern is fat loss, hyperpigmentation or other complications. Thanks in advance for your time.
