I have enlarged hand veins ever since I was in middle school. I’ve been considering sclerotherapy or phlebectomy for awhile now. What are the dangers and side effects in the future? Is a blood clot possible down the road? Death? Could I end up with even more enlarged veins after the treated ones collapse? Seems scary to remove veins. I really dislike how they look and hope I can get it treated safely. I’m even considering fillers first, because I’m lean. Not sure if fillers help tho.

Answer: Hand Sclerotherapy and Phlebectomy are very safe with experienced doctors
Hi eyesore,

The best treatment would be the long pulse Nd:YAG laser for those blue veins around the eyes.
Hope this helps!

Varicose veins are veins that are persistently enlarged and twisted. I strongly suspect the veins on your penis enlarge with erection and become smaller when your penis is flaccid as normal veins should. There is no treatment needed or recommended for your vein. Wishing you the best of health
