Emsculpt Neo and Periods?

I plan to get Emsculpt Neo soon but a friend’s experience is causing me to seriously reconsider. She said her period was due a few days after her final Emsculpt session last month but she still hasn’t got her period and she’s always had regular periods before.Can Emsculpt affect period cycles and ovaries? Please help, thank you!
