I have a little faith that either one of the procedures will give you impressive results but sometimes non-surgical treatments can deliver visible change. The RF treatment does expand farther than the actual paddle size. The company has modified the RF treatment to avoid needing to move the paddle and avoid burns. The skin is not burned during the treatment, but will be warm, often wet from sweating, and a little red from heat for a short time...
I would not suggest doing both on the same day, especially if freezing is used for fat removal. The RF portion is what should not be combined with other heat/freezing treatments. Some machines would need to be done at least a week apart.
