I would suggest not doing both on the same day because of the additional heat factor, especially if EMSculpt NEO is used.

The RF treatment does expand farther than the actual paddle size. The company has modified the RF treatment to avoid needing to move the paddle and avoid burns. The skin is not burned during the treatment, but will be warm, often wet from sweating, and a little red from heat for a short time...
