Why so much conflicting information on hylenex?

I just had cheek filler done, which I am not happy with. I see that most doctors admitly deny that Hylenex can affect your natural tissues for more than a couple weeks, but how do you explain the thousands of people with real before and after damage? Along with the growing number of doctors who are now saying it can damage?
