Can CO2 laser help smooth fine line and texture under my eyes? (Photo)

Hello. I am 26 years old. I started using tretinoin last year September. After few months I started noticing that my skin near my other undereyes started thickening. I kept using It because I thought It would get better. Finally I stop using It on March. Now my other undereyes look weird,because there Is this area of thickened skin. My other undereye Area Is completely smooth so I'm not sure why this happened only on one side, or did I apply It unevenly. Can CO2 laser help to smooth the line/texture between The thickened skin and "normal" skin? It's on The right side of My face in these pictures. Before using tretinoin My undereyes were completely smooth.I didn't put It straight under my eyes,but I put It on my nasolabial folds And cheeks. English Is not My first language so I hope you understand.

It’s possible that the thickened skin near one under-eye developed due to irritation or migration of the tretinoin from nearby areas like the cheeks or nasolabial folds. The skin under the eyes is very delicate and can react differently, even with careful application. This may have caused irritation or chronic low-grade inflammation that have triggered a mild thickening of the epidermis. A CO₂ laser can potentially help smooth out the epidermis; however, due to the thickening - it may be best to find a dermatologist who can take a full evaluation in person.
