How do I get rid of my red blemishes? (Photos)

My skin has been bothering me for some time, I am 30 and I have these blemishes which are there all the time, I currently take Tretinoin which helped slightly but nothing seems to get rid of the red blemishes. Does it look like Rosacea to you? What procedure would be best to get rid of the red blemishes, so I have completely clear skin. Thank you

Since tretinoin is already helping slightly by improving skin turnover, you’re on the right track, but if the redness is vascular in nature, topical treatments alone usually aren’t enough. In terms of procedures, both CO2 laser and Pico laser can be helpful, but for redness specifically, the choice depends on the underlying cause. CO2 laser is more aggressive and better for resurfacing texture issues, scars, or fine lines—it can help with residual acne scarring and overall skin rejuvenation, but it won’t directly target redness.
