Is there any way to make my chin and the overall lower lip situation better? I have thin and prolonged face and the lower part of my face is really making it longer. Thank you!

From the photos and stated concerns it seems you would like to see your facial features blend more harmoniously.  Lip filler can help to give you the desired volume to the lips.  You may want to consider treatments such as Morpheus8 to help improve skin tone and texture.  Your chin cannot be shortened with fillers, but with small changes elsewhere you may feel your features are in better balance.

You have beautiful chin and lip profile based on the photos attached. There is absolutely nothing to shorten as your chin is super proportional. I suggest increasing the volume of you lips to make them fuller, and that will be more balanced with the chin and maybe will take away the feeling of your chin dominating the lower part of your face.
Consider micro botox for the lower face to soften and lift and also skin tightening to achieve a more defined and toned profile.
