Pins and needles in chin. Is this migrated filler?

Hi, was hoping someone could help. I have some pins and needles in my chin as well as some tingling. Some of my chin filler has migrated which is being dissolved Monday. But I noticed I have a scar from chin filler or dissolver over a year ago. Does this look like concerning scar tissue that could be compressing a nerve or could it just be the migrated filler. I feel the symptoms on both sides of my chin.
