I have a recessed chin/lower jaw, and I had a sliding genioplasty done almost two years ago which mostly helped with bringing my chin forward. However, my lower lip is still recessed compared to my upper lip, but I don’t feel like my teeth have enough space between them to get mandible surgery and bring my lower teeth forward to push my lip forward. Is there anything else I can do to get my lips on the same vertical level?
