I'm a male in my 30s, got a chin implant a few months ago and regretting it. My side profile looks much better, but my front profile is ruined. I am contemplating the removal of the implant, and now thinking about the implant incision scar and lack of beard hair in that area. What is the best option for tackling this? These are the ones I am currently aware of: 1. Cutting out the scar, and stitching over it. 2. Scar removal laser and FUE 3. Tretinoin and time Which is the best option?
