Hello, I have deep nasolabial folds and I suspect that this maybe connected to a lack of support in the cheek region. I would be very grateful if someone can identify what is occurring. When I smile my upper lip seems to work against the cheek to create the crease line. I have cheek implants, which enhance my cheek bones but do not support or lift the cheek near the nose. Am I missing volume from the cheek that would lift the cheek skin off my nasiolabial fold?

I've done so many cheek implants over the years, and revised them from other doctors. Medpor implants are hard, more readily infected (in my opinion), and less easy to recover from. Silicone implants do not really require customization for most people. Unless you have an unusual face, there...
Great photo series. Best to consider long lasting fillers over cheek implants. Implants have higher infection rates. Fees in the $2,000 vs $8,000 ranges.
