Hello, So I am interested in getting cheek implants and I would like to get custom made ones. At first I wanted to get medpor but I am scared of the complications because I saw a lot of surgeons saying that they have a high infection rate. So now I would like to get custom silicone cheek implants but I am scared that they can move if they are not screwed so I would like to know if it is possible to use more than one screw to fix the implants? I am still unsure about what material to use.Help me

Great photo series. Best to consider long lasting fillers over cheek implants. Implants have higher infection rates. Fees in the $2,000 vs $8,000 ranges.
Such cheekbone augmentation effects (and even greater) can be achieved but it takes a custom cheek implant design approach to reliably do so. This is not the type of effect that standard cheek implants are designed to achieve.
