Can my breasts be reduced from 32A to AAA cup?

Thanks for your question. Any reduction is possible, but if you want to keep your nipple and areola, we do have to leave some breast tissue. The other option would be a nipple-sparing mastectomy, but I wouldn't advise that for a cosmetic patient. Good luck!

You may be a candidate for Vaser liposuction to reduce the size of your breast. If you dont have any ptosis (drop) to your breast then you can avoid the larger scars and have you breasts reduce down to where you want to be. It would involve a couple of very small incisions. However, photos/exam can shed some more light on what exactly would need to be done.

I’m not sure what the difference between A and AAA is. You’re basically asking for a mastectomy and I don’t know if you will find a surgeon willing to do that. It’s an unusual request

When reducing the size of the breasts there needs to be enough breast tissue present in order to shape the breasts as well as keep the nipple alive. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to determine if you are a candidate for this procedure.

You did not post photos, but some breast tissue can possibly be removed. If you want to be flat, you will probably need your nipples removed and grafted back. This does not always work well and you will have no sensation. I advise against it.
