Can my breasts be reduced from 32A to AAA cup?

Question

Im a 30 years old female with 32A cup breast. I am not transexual. I want a flat chest or AAA cup for cosmetic reasons to look younger. Is this possible? What procedure can i use? I weigh 107 pounds and 5'3" tall. I am in los Angeles.

Thank you for your question! If you want to reduce your breast size, a breast reduction is the surgery. However, you can only remove so much breast tissue to avoid other complications. It is best to visit your board certified plastic surgeon to have an in person evaluation and to discuss your overall goals. Best of luck!

When reducing the size of the breasts there needs to be enough breast tissue present in order to shape the breasts as well as keep the nipple alive.  I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to determine if you are a candidate for this procedure.

Thanks for your question. Any reduction is possible, but if you want to keep your nipple and areola, we do have to leave some breast tissue. The other option would be a nipple-sparing mastectomy, but I wouldn't advise that for a cosmetic patient. Good luck!
