I got a breast augmentation, over the muscle gummy bear implants March 2023. unfortunately my surgeon placed the breast pocket lower than my incision and also lower than the breast on the other side so my breast on that side looked like lower, the scar was becoming irritated and itchy. My surgeon suggested opening the imf incision and stitching the pocket higher and opening the pocket more on top. What would the healing process be like? Will I have to drop and fluff again? How long is recovery?

Your implants are way too large and heavy for your frame and tissue. You need to go down in size and have your lower pockets lifted. You might need mesh. Your nipples are in the right position, but your implants are sitting too low.
Although your photos are very limited, you probably tore your capsule at some point and now your implant moves more to the side. This can be fixed by tightening the lateral pocket. Please go visit your surgeon.
