Instead of using Botox to thin the temple area you may prefer fillers to the cheekbone.  If you thin the temporal area you may look gaunt or hollow.  Volumizing the cheek area with filler would be a better alternative.

Botox injections can be used to thin temporal area if you have hypertrophy of temporal muscles. This might help with your concerns especially if you do have hypertrophy of temporal muscles.

Temporal botulinum will cause hollowing which looks aged and unhealthy.  Better off with cheek augmentation.
