Losing shape in lower face. Wondering the best way to proceed without looking boxy or a heavy face.
Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Facetite Thank you for your question and pictures! You are a perfect candidate for Facetite. This will help tighten and lift the lower face and neck. Facetite is a minimally invasive procedure that utilizes radio-frequency and liposuction to stimulate collagen and tighten the skin. I recommend that you schedule an in office consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. Best of luck!

Answer: Facetite or filler for my lower face? Thank you for your pictures. In my opinion you would be a great candidate for the Y-lift which would give you a shaper jawline and a great lift. If that treatment is too invasive for you, Facetite would be a great second choice helping with your elasticity loss around the mouth and jawline area. You may need to follow up with Morpheus8 treatments to maintain your results and/or add filler on the cheek or jaw area near the ear if your looking for a sharper jawline. Good luck! Either would work well.

Answer: Fillers Work Well For Recontouring The Face The types of issues seen in the photos are those seen practically everyday by those of us with an active cosmetic dermatology practice and are the kind that are amenable to the skillful and artistic use of HA fillers. Such fillers may be used to straighten the marionette lines to the sides of the mouth. In the hands of an expert injector, they can define and straighten the jawline without creating a masculine squared or boxy face. They can help to diminish smile lines to the sides of the nose and treat developing tear troughs under the eyes. Before jumping to relatively expensive, "next big thing" bells and whistles energybased devices, you would be wise to make sure that you consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist. Hope this helps, and best of luck.
