I have what may be a series of smile lines on each side of my mouth. I wish were not so prominent. You can really see in the profile view when smiling, a lack of smoothness. I had buccal fat removal maybe 4 or so years ago. Since have tied Ultherapy, fillers and PDO threads (but it has been more than 6 months - 1 year). May be just do for a touch up but curious if anyone has suggestions.
