Smile lines - maybe jawline filler & FaceTite might help tighten the skin? (Photos)

Fine tuning these can be a bit tricky....FaceTite with the smaller hand piece (called Accutite) can flatten the fullness above the nasolabial fold. I think additional filler with someone familiar with diluting the filler and layering in structure on the lateral facial lines just lateral to the nasolabial folds would also really help. I think Sculptra could also help refill gradually the contours as well. Best Wishes!!

A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like J Plasma, RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, salt facials, Cosmelan for skin tightening and improve skin tone. This is a great question and thank you for your pictures. I would always recommend doing a consultation in person to see what your skin looks like at a resting state. When doing Facetite I would recommend doing a series of Morpheus treatments after to help the smile lines even more by stimulating your own collagen and elastin. Facetite would be a great option for you to help with the lower face and neck area. Good luck!
