Will it cause infection or unexpected swelling or is it not recommended to do both procedures together? I want to improve hollowness and also skin texture .

These procedures can be accomplished simultaneously. I prefer to perform the facial fat grafting first and replenish lost volume. The fat is generally placed deep in multiple levels. PRP microneedling is a superficial procedure performed to improve skin texture. The recovery from both procedures is rapid. In some cases, people look good in 2-3 days. Though microneedling can be performed with topical anesthesia, intravenous sedation is better for fat harvesting and fat transfer.

Dear LA,If you are going to volumizing your face with fat transfer, you don’t need synthetic fillers at the same time, (vampire face lift is synthetic filler and prp)but adding prp to the fat is a common practice of mine to help the success of the fat transfer take. Vampire facial, aka prp with microneedling, can be done at the same time safely.Re Vampire facelift can be done after the fat transfer has settled, est 3-6months, before adding more volume with filler and prp, aka vampire facelift techniques.Best.
