Uneven nostril after Rhinoplasty. How is that possible? Can someone please help me! (Photo)

4 weeks post op. Verry worried about my right nostril its wider than my left nostril! Also when i sniff with my nostrils you see only the left one closes and the right nostril stays open! Before the surgery both nostrils closes when i sniffed with my nose... Please help me!!

You are only 4 weeks post-op.  You only have slight asymmetry of your nostrils which can be normal.  More pictures would help to better comment.  You are still healing so try to relax.  Things may improve as your swelling goes away and healing progresses.

Dear Faarr, I recognize your photographs from an earlier post. I hope that with all of  these surgeons answering your questions that this relieves your anxiety a bit. Asymmetry especially at your degree may be common at this stage. You really should see your surgeon for a post operative visit to bring you some peace of mind during the recovery phase. If I recall correctly your profile picture posted on your last post looks as you were healing well and time is on your side. Try and relax, find some support from friends and family if needed.
