I had a full tummy tuck[ that included lipo of the flanks, lipo of the front of the stomach, and muscle tightening]. To be honest, I question if anything was even done, while I was under anesthesia. I still have a muffin top and very loose skin. Do I need a tummy tuck revision? Also, what can I do to ensure I received everything that I paid for? Are doctors required to keep notes of what was performed and specifics(e.g. The amount of liters of the fat lipo'd )

Answer: Tummy tuck results Dear Exquisite851339, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from a revision surgery. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Revision needed Thank you for your photos. Actually if you want to have a revision tuck surgery, it's not gonna be like your first surgery. You probably not gonna need a muscle tightening again. Only mini tuck (skin excess) and 360 Vaser Liposuction may help you. You have some responsibilities also. You should watch your diet after the surgery during your life. Surgery is not a permanent treatment. If you gain and lose weight again, results will be back to before. Best wishes.
