I underwent 2 tummy tucks, extended abdominoplasty October 2019 and revision to Fleur de Lis feb 20. Still seem to have a lot of skin. Can FDL be revised? I am not happy and really don't think I have the best results from 2 surgeries

I don’t know what your tummy looked like before but you clearly still have excess skin. I think you would benefit more from revision of the standard tummy tuck portion and leave the fdl alone at least for starters.

Generally speaking, yes this procedure can be revised. Looking at your pictures, this needs to be combined with Liposuction in order to get the best possible results.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.
