What are my treatment options to help remove the excess swelling and scar tissue on my lower eyebrow bone and forehead?

I was hit by a car a year and a half ago and had excessive scraping above my right eyebrow and under my eyebrow on my eyebrow bone. I do not have excessive skin scaring or hyper-pigmentation, but I do have persistent puffiness on my eyelid and under my eyebrow as well as hard spots of excess collagen and scar tissue. I have massaged it but that hasn't helped much. Would laser or steroid treatment help? Could I use fillers on the left side to even them out?

It is difficult to tell from your photos what the exact problem is.  Steroid injections is one choice, but don't overdo them because it can cause thinning of the skin.  The tiger option is to surgically cut out the thickened scar tissue.

It is difficult (or impossible) to appreciate a problem from the photos.  And just because there is scar tissue, it doesn't mean it is causing a problem. There may be other factors involved. Best to see an oculoplastic specialist.
