Would extraction be required to fix my protruding teeth? (Photo)

Asked By:jisuk in Los angeles, CA

I got braces 6 years ago and got no teeth extracted. Recently i have not worn my retainers which caused my teeth to move. I went to an orthodontist and they told me to fix the protrusion i would need to get 4 teeth extracted. 2 on top and 2 one the bottom. Im worried that would cause me to have a sunken or flat face. Based on my pictures would it be better to get them extracted or is it not?
