I had a consultation with a few doctors and decided on epicanthoplasty (to make makeup easier and to elongate the eyes) and upper blepharoplasty. Now that I really think about what I want my eyes to look like, I want them to look more natural and I'm wondering whether I can do a natural-looking tapered crease doing epicanthoplasty as well. Is this procedure usually just used for creating a parallel crease, or can I get both procedures done and still have tapered creases?
