Do I have swelling from areola reduction

I had breast augmentation in august and 5 days ago had an areola reduction. Do I have swelling from this procedure and will my breasts look smaller over time? I have an appointment to get my sutures removed 10 days post op and would like to know when I should start moisturising the scars
