I Had phenol injection as nerve block but some of the phenol burned my skin. How long does the red/brown discoloration takes to turn normal? It has already been 1 and a half month since accident.

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Hyperpigmentation can be improved with a combination of lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Sun protection is essential. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

A phenol burn will vary depending on the strength of the phenol, the amount of time that it was in contact with the skin, and which anatomic area.  When phenol is used for chemical peels (presumably safely and at an appropriate strength), it is not uncommon for there to be pinkness of the treated tissue for up to six months.  The actual "raw" skin itself however should resolve in about a week or so.
