How long will it take for a Phenol burn to go away? (Photo)

I Had phenol injection as nerve block but some of the phenol burned my skin. How long does the red/brown discoloration takes to turn normal? It has already been 1 and a half month since accident.

Everyone is different - number of units needed to treat the masseters really just depends on the person and severity. On average, we find that most patients need 25-40 units in the masseters to reach their desired results. Good luck!

This can be caused as a result of aging. Botox can give improvement. Botox results resolve in 3-4 months. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

My recommendation would be fractional laser followed by a hydroquinone to lighten the skin.  Your "bulging" is minimal in my opinion but I do think that you could benefit from skin tightening as well as some lightening of the skin.
