I recently had subcision done on my cheek. I had bruising and swelling for a while. As the swelling subsided I noticed 'bumps' on the areas treated. I also felt vertical banding-like tissue underneath the skin. Furthermore, whenever I puff my cheeks or try to move the skin, the area of the 'tissue' would behave as though it was tethered down. It has been about a month after my procedure and the area has not changed. Is this hematoma or scar tissue? Will it subside?
