The other day, I noticed a blue stitch on the inside tip of my nose. I kept touching it and pulled a bit of the stitch out thinking I could remove it but when I pulled it, the other side of my nose felt pulled on so I stopped. It's now been several days and my nose feels sensitive and it feels like it's getting infected. Is this dangerous since I assume this is somewhere in the cartilage? Freaking out a bit, especially since it has been over 5 years that this has been in my nose.
