Can I soften my features with dermal fillers? Pictures of artificial adjustments done to my face are included. (Photos)

Question

So I used an app to make my jaw broader and my chin narrower. To make room for my large features. I also added "filler" to my hollow temples since they've lost lots of volume when I lost weight. Also, my mouth is protruding and I've had braces before, do you think adding cheek and chin fillers will help reduce the protrusion? Do you think dermal fillers are capable of providing a similar result to what I have created artificially?

Thank you for your question and pictures. Your goal is achievable through dermal fillers. It may take more than one treatment to achieve desired results but they can be achieved. Thanks for your question. I think fillers or fat transfer can definitely address some of your cosmetic goals. Fillers can camouflage or add to your facial structure, but they cannot reduce your normal anatomy (with regard to your chin concerns).  Warm regards.

Dermal fillers can certainly be used to contour and enhance facial shape. I do agree with the temple volume loss. I'm not sure about the wider jaw. I think the best thing for you to do is schedule a formal in person consultation with a local aesthetic physician to come up with an appropriate treatment plan that addresses your specific cosmetic concerns.

There are certain aspect of the changes that look attractive such as pointier chin. I'm not sure how I feel about the wider jaw. Undereye and cheeks look good. Overall achievable, but I would want to sit with you to see what is the areas to target and how much to augment/reduce. Best wishes.

Fillers can do a great job at giving the volume to your face and definition that you are asking for.   I routinely will use voluma for defining a jaw line or for giving more projection to the chin.   Voluma can also be used for temporal hollowing as well and results can last 1-2 years. If there are other areas that you wanted softened other fillers could also help.  Our patients generally love the results of fillers that balance and rejuvenate their face.
