I was satisfied with the way I look. Something bothers me. It's a couple of things. And I made up my mind, and I came to the conclusion that trough these surgeries I will be happy: First I'd like to shorten my face, (double jaw surgery). Cause I have a narrow face. Then I would like the reduce my cheekbones they are a little to big and high. And finally I woul like a nose job. To have a perfect symmetrical boy face :) is that possible ?
Answer: Cosmetic Options For Reshaping Face Rhinoplasty could be a option, but Bimaxillary orthognathic surgery is not going to vertically shorten your face. Its hard to determine what would be your best option with just one photo. I would suggest you contact a double board certified plastic surgeon with experience in person for a consultation to discuss how best he or she can help you reach your goal.

Answer: Facial Reshaping Bimaxillary orthognathic surgery is not going to vertically shorten your face. Your midface is long, and you may not like it, but vertical maxillary shortening is not the solution. This is only applicable of you have vertical maxillary excess and a gummy smile...which you do not. Cheekbone reduction surgery is also not going to lower your cheek bones and their width reduction in your case would be very minimal. You should focus on the rhinoplasty and see how that result affects how you see the rest of your face. This all starts with doing some computer imaging first.

Answer: Any suggestions for shorten face, cheekbone reduction, & nose job? Your face, while a bit log vertically, is not significantly out of the normal range. The procedures that you are contemplating are a huge undertaking and probably a vast over reach. You might consider chin augmentation along with rhinoplasty and even mandibular angle filler (Radiesse for that region) might be helpful.

Answer: Rhinoplasty First, a rhinoplasty may be beneficial but it is impossible to say for sure based on the one photo. Bimaxillary surgery is only a consideration after a thorough exam to assess your bite, how much your teeth show with smiling and other factors. You cheeks appear rather flat and a cheek bone reduction is not in order. A chin and mandible implant may be beneficial. Making the jaw bone a bit wider would go very well with the overall length of your face. You need to have an in-office exam to come up with the best plan for you. Best wishes.

Answer: Any suggestions for shorten face, cheekbone reduction, & nose job? Hi, based upon your photos your cheeks do not need to be reduced, nor does your face need extensive bone surgery to shorten the vertical dimension. Men look ruggedly handsome when they have angularity in the cheeks, chin and jaw line. You have a chin that is quite weak as is the mandibular angle. Before you have extensive maxillary and mandibular surgery, you may want to consider having your chin augmented with a chin implant. The chin implant will add projection, to the chin, creating harmony and balance to the lower face. You can augment the mandibular angle using a dermal filler (I prefer Restylane Lyft or Radiesse) that will add volume, angularity and flare to the jaw line. These are far less invasive than bone surgery and will give you a more handsome appearance. Hope this helps.
