Seroma: can it be left untreated?

I had tt with mr in Nov.2016 then had a seroma wich cause my pubic area to get so big dr tried to drain it with a syringe and nothing,did local anesthesia opend me up and tried draining it with a suction tube,nothing so in Dec. 2016 a month after i had a revision.he said the seroma was in a weird angle why he cldnt get to it before.so he took care of it and pulled more skin to flattnedmy pubic area. now amonth later again igot aseroma he drainedit bt still have some left.wht cn b done? lipo?

At this point in your recovery, it is much too soon to be worried about the outcome.  It takes time for the swelling to resolve.  It may be 6 months or more before the shape has reached its final look.  Be patient.   Watch your physical activity. Everyone is different.

This is not normal.  Action needs to be taken or you will have wound dehiscence.  You appear to have an infection.
