Tummy Tuck and Lipo 12 weeks ago. I'm still in a lot of pain in the lower back and front. Should I get a second opinion? (photo)

I get sharp pains up my lower back and the doctor prescribed meds for fibromyalgia for the nerve pain. My belly button is deformed. The doctor said he could correct it by injecting fat around the belly button, but it would not be guarantee as he thinks it was from my gull bladder surgery. I still have an open wound that I am still having to apply ointment to daily per his instructions to close. Is this normal after 12 weeks? I am ready to get a second opinion. Please help.
