How to prevent scar and stop the stretching, it will be wide,extensive :((( Maybe because i do more of abs exercise? Why the highest scar is extensive more than the down?

At this point, it is probably not related to swelling.  More likely, it is some fat that will respond to a little bit of liposuction in the area, which will help to recontour it to match the tummy area. Speak to your surgeon about this option.
