What’s the best treatment for flabby inner thighs? (photo)

Question

Tried 3 treatments of cool sculpting with no sig. results. I now have a weird indent on my right thigh from CS. I spin but it makes my thighs more muscular & doesn’t reduce fat. I’m 5’7 with a healthy BMI & a 30 inch waist. My fat collects on my but & thighs. I’d like recommendations on a procedure before moving forward. Considering Tumescent Lipo or Trusculpt but it’s hard to tell if results for those are typically better for people with less fat & loose skin.

Vaser ultrasound liposuction will remove stubborn fat and tighten skin of the inner thigh. In my experience, some CoolSculpting patients experience prolonged swelling after subsequent liposuction. This would be discussed during consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs Vaser. You will also be evaluated to confirm skin laxity, etc.

I recommend liposuction with a thigh lift.  Liposuction will remove the fat and preserve the nerves and vessels and makes doing the thigh lift safer.

Thank you for your questions and picture! For the majority of my patients who are interested in inner thigh liposuction, I almost always recommend using skin tightening along with the liposuction. If you couple liposuction with skin tightening, you can remove more fat and get a better result without loose skin. For the inner thighs, I recommend tumescent liposuction to remove the fat  with Jplasma to tighten the skin. Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon in person to discuss your goals and expectations and plan the best procedure for you.

Tum. lipo under local with the very fine microcanulas really does so great on inner thighs as well as anywhere on the body. Adding BodyTite radiofrequency to it really helps tighten up the skin a lot more.  Don't waste money on gimmicky things that don't work such as Cool sculpt nor on risky procedures such as J-plasma/Renuvion or Vaser which are not worth the complications.

You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. Nonsurgical options give only mild improvement as compared to surgical lifting. If there is a lot of skin laxity, a Thigh Lift procedure performed at the same time as a VASER Hi-Definition Liposuction procedure (with ThermiRF, Renuvion, and InMode BodyTite) would give the most improvement. Other options for skin tightening would be a combination approach with Vanquish, truSculpt iD, Venus Legacy, Exilis, and Cellutone / ZWave. Thank you for sharing your photo! Although it is difficult to say without an in person examination, if you have good skin elasticity, you should be a good candidate for liposuction. Liposuction works best on patients who are of relatively average weight, but who need help with a problem area, or with shedding the ten pounds they regain between diets. I use several innovative forms of liposuction, including SmartLipo, in order to contour and resculpture the area while providing the most beautiful results with minimal scarring.
  
 
  Thermage is a good option for tightening the skin of the thighs and can be performed in addition to the procedures listed above. BodyTite does not remove fat, you are likely a great candidate for BodyTite if you are looking for a minimally invasive procedure that provides detailed improvements for a tighter, smoother and more youthful skin. For excess fat, liposuction works best since it actually removes fat. For flabby and loose skin, radiofrequency treatments, especially with microneedling, will give better results. For excess skin, the thigh lift works well, but does leave large scars. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being examined, and discussing your options.
