Is it possible for fat to enter the bloodstream (causing embolism) because of tumescent tickle liposuction?

Moreinfoplease
Dear doctors, I am considering tumescent lipo by a specialized doctor (with 30 years of experience). I however fear for my life after reading the BBL outcome in Turkey. I wanted to hide this procedure from loved ones, by using an non surgical solution. But if I’m risking my life to get a smaller upper and lower abdomen and flanks, it’s not worth potentially hurting them by taking this risk. Thank you in advance
