Is it possible to restretch your ears after you get it surgically closed?

I’m at a 5/8 gauge and I’ve been at this size for like about 2 or 3 months now and I went down 2 or 3 sizes and noticed a blow out on the back of my right ear and 1 part of the ear was to thin and only my right ear. And I was wondering if I surgically close my ears will I be able to stretch again?

I have performed. Several hundred of these repairs.  I discourage my patients from trying to stretch them again.  The skin has been made thinner and weaker by the previous stretching so they may not tolerate being stretched again.

Yes it is possible to re-stretch you earlobes after getting them surgically repaired, but I generally don't recommend it.  The scar tissue generally will not stretch or react the same and your tissue has already demonstrated that the stretching is not tolerated well.
