I was told by my doc massages are not necessary and I could do it myself if I felt like. Was also told as far as compression boards I didn't want anything that would cause indentions in my skin. I just want the best results. What would you recommend

It sounds like you're having Extrusion of your implant and is that case they may have to be removed. I recommend you go back and forth with your surgeon again. Best of luck
